Frequently asked questions

Short answers, no fluff.

Do you ship everywhere in Colombia, and how do you protect the chocolate?

Yes. We ship almost everywhere in Colombia at one flat rate of COP 14,000, and shipping is free on orders from COP 120,000. Every order travels in packaging with thermal protection, built so the chocolate arrives the way it left the workshop.

For now we don’t reach San Andrés y Providencia, Amazonas, Guainía, Vaupés or Vichada. Chocolate doesn’t survive that trip, and we won’t send you a melted one.

How should I store my Znapz filled bars?

Store them between 16 °C and 25 °C. When it’s hotter than that, use the fridge, in an airtight container. The cold can firm up the caramel and the cookie; the kataifi stays crunchy. Before you eat them, take the container out and keep it closed until the bars reach room temperature, so they don’t sweat.

How much cacao is in a Znapz bar?

Between 33% and 38%. We make our own milk chocolate from Colombian cacao, smooth enough to let the filling lead.

Can I send Znapz as a gift?

Of course. At checkout, enter the address of the person receiving it and we take care of the shipping.

How do you make the fillings?

All in our own workshop, from scratch, with no premade bases and no artificial preservatives. Each flavor’s full ingredient list is on its page.

How long does delivery take after I order?

2 to 4 business days, depending on your city. We share the tracking number as soon as your order ships, and we look after the whole chain so the freshness arrives intact, from our workshop to your table.

What fillings do Znapz bars have?

Four: Dubai, with pistachio cream and crunchy kataifi; Marañón, with cashew cream and caramelized cashews; Caramelo Salado, with slow cooked caramel and pecan praline; and Cookie, with a whole cookie with chocolate chips and toasted walnuts.

What makes Znapz filled bars different?

We make it ourselves: the milk chocolate and all four fillings. Every flavor pairs something creamy with something crunchy, and every bar is filled, closed and wrapped by hand in Medellín.

Do you have the Dubai chocolate bar?

Yes, our way: natural pistachio cream made in our workshop, sesame and crunchy kataifi, inside our own milk chocolate.
